Chunks was built on more than 35 years of experience in the ice cream industry.

Our roots trace back to the early days of Dickie Dee, where we learned firsthand what it takes to create memorable customer experiences and build a successful ice cream business.

Over the decades, we have been involved in ice cream distribution, event catering, product development, and the launch of brands such as Frosty Freeze, Twirlees, Ice Cream Truck Time Machine and Hollywood Cone. We have also studied the science and technology behind frozen desserts, combining industry knowledge with real-world experience.

Today, Chunks brings together more than 20 years of event catering expertise to serve corporate events, weddings, schools, festivals, employee appreciation events, and private parties throughout Toronto, the GTA, Durham Region, Simcoe County, and beyond. From weddings of 100 guests to serving more than 30,000 ice creams at the CAW family picnic in Oshawa, we've learned how to deliver memorable experiences at every scale.​
